So, hi.

So, yeah. It's me. When was the last time I posted here...a month? Two? I'd like to say I'm sorry, or that I owe the journal more than this, but I really don't. Real life is kicking me squah in the face right now, and I should probably go to sleep as it is (even though I'm only tutoring tomorrow), so I'll keep it brief ( Read more... )

HiHi! I don't mean to add more to your busy schedule, but could you share your weight loss plan/exercise plan with me? You mentioned helping me out in that area earlier and I would MUCH appreciate it. :) But no biggie, if it's time consuming, then we can do it later when you have time or something.. I would really love to lose about 20 lbs right now and just get toned, ya know?

Thanks!

PS Glad you're alive!

I can do that. :) Let me get to the weekend (when I'll have a couple of days to think about it), and I'll try to send you something.

I've always found OT classes to be like that... there's just SOOOO many stories within Genesis, each of which has a ton of lessons to learn and apply, etc., that you're halfway done when you hit Exodus.

I realize that some of the latter books aren't as "interesting" as Genesis, but that's the stuff I'm weakest in. So they need to make a two-part class, or just leave out Genesis. I've heard Noah and the Ark and Adam & Eve; I *think* I've got those figured out now without another review. Let's immediately get to all the crazy stuff that David did!

That's pretty much why I'm not going to do Isaiah or Jeremiah or the major prophets. Instead, I'm going to spend the last couple of days on Psalms, Proverbs, and the other writings. This is the stuff that always gets skipped or ignored and I don't really like that at all.

Luckily the semester's about over, so I'll be able to spend some time figuring out next semester. I think I found an outline that can guide my thinking, but the hard part is going to be sticking to it. We'll see how it goes. :P
