It went well! We're having a boy! He has all parts accounted for, and is measuring about 6 days ahead. I'm actually scanning my pictures right now so I can upload them. <3

So... do you think she should be raised a Newfie? Because I could see it being worth while.

as long as she stays within an area where there's opportunities. which are few and far between in nfld. mainly rural. it seems that this generation of kids are absolutely shameless and far too brave for their own good. there's nothing to occupy them in small towns and they're getting into destructive lifestyles. 'i' turned out ok but that was because of my upbringing mostly. my parents instilled in me some integrity and i never truly gave in to peer pressure. though our generation and ones before us weren't nearly as bad as kids today.. they totally scare me.
so i'm not quite sure how to answer that. hah.. i know you would do a wonderful job raising her and she would be a smart kid, but i wouldn't want her to have a hard time socially and have to put up with so much shit. though, visits to a cabin [or.. cottage, whatever you guys say :P heh] in nfld every now and then would probably be very nice :)
