vanaf januarie 2006 is een nieuw verzekeringsstelsel in werking getreden. er is nu geen verschil meer tussen particulier en ziekenfonds. Iedereen kan voor de hoofdverzekering kiezen, wel of geen eigen risico, verschillende vormen aanvullende verzekering en een apparte tandarts verzekering.
meestal zeggen tandartsen je wel of je iets moet betale want dat informeren ze als t goed is altijd even of iemand verzekerd is of niet.
