Sometimes I daydream about a nice, warm, quiet cave where I can raise goats in peace.

And sometimes I daydream about having the balls to grab a musket and help take down the tyrant-usurper.

It makes me feel more than a little helpless... like crossing my fingers and hoping for the best is really the most effectual thing I can do. On the other hand, feeling so "helpless" gets me really pissed off about the current state of affairs...I don't like feeling so impotent.

I need a soapbox and a slingshot.

That's a really deep article. Sadly, slowly everything in this country is drifting into Christian Fascism.

Bush was re-elected because of the Christian Right.
