I just purchased my plane ticket to cali for christmas. It will not be a very long trip, but it will be awesome none the less.

Today I get to pick up a friend from the airport because she is coming to Denver just to see me. How special am I? Hopefully we will get to reconnect as we have been distant for too long, physically and emotionally. It is a much needed vacation with her and we are going to have a blast!

So I have decided to continue on to get my BA. Alfie I might be headed your way.

I start work orientation tomorrow. I will soon be bringing some serious cash flow, holla! School is great, everything is great right now.

I finally have an interview for the Brown Palace. Its this friday. I am so very fucking excited about it. My plan is to get my foot in the door as a banquet server, after that I would love to do my internship in their kitchen this spring. The place has so many restaurants and ballrooms and it is gorgeous inside. The building is 113 years old.

I am done with my first day of school. Today I had my introduction to Garde Manger. This consists of many cold plate presentations and I will also get a stab at ice carving in a couple of days.
