April 23, 2004At approximately 2220 hours a single vehicle rollover occurred at the intersection of Hill Lake Road and French Road in Quesnel. A 1975 Jeep CJ5 went off the road left and rolled once. All three occupants of the vehicle were not wearing seat belts. Christopher Michael Gignac (21 yrs) of Quesnel died as a result of injuries received
