Family is gone...back to their lives....dad still here.  I was overwhelmed with everyone here and now im more overwhelmed with everyone gone...barrage of text updates etc.  I ran into Dr B (who wasnt supposed to be here but is doing last minute fill in for weekend fill in) and told her I was feeling extremely overwhelmed and asked if she could give
