I'm in the process of getting a custom made/fit one from Dark Garden in San Francisco. I had my fitting done today with the mock up (which is just the corset under bits, no fabric, nothing fancy), and Jesus Christ

Actually, I'm 88% normal. :)

Both breast and hips are around 43 inches, waist is 38. I love Dark Garden, though. I've been there twice now, and it's just a lot of fun. Even if dropping to my undies in the room to be measured is a bit strange. :)

I couldn't do off the rack corsets either. But, god, just putting on the mockup fitting was amazing. They did pretty good with the measurements, too, only a couple of small changes were needed to the neckline.

A well-made, properly fitted corset is comfortable. Yours sounds great!

I have a couple in process, but am not thrilled with either of them (an Eliz and a Victorian). I'm trying to figure out how to make the kind I really want: one that supports the breasts while baring the nipples. I have a couple of notions but no time to play with them yet...

Other than that, I've got a couple of wenchy corset-bodices that are very adjustable. I shoudl wear one of them again- it's been a while. And he really does love them... :)
