With respect to any guys that might stumble across this journal, I'm putting this next post behind a cut because it's semi-graphic and kinda gross.

heh, yeh my periods are like that, and because they're not regualar, sometimes it comes on while i'm out, unaware. it sux. but anyway i agree partly with what you said about what men think about women. they want a lil homely girl and will dress them up and treat them like that. and that's what they want to settle down with. this is the girl they think i am. unaware that i don't want that. i'm firey and i like being lively and doing stuff. but even though i know my fiancee wants a homely girl and gets me to dress like one. i won't be that. i am my own girl. but i'm not ashamed for wanting to be a house wife, as it is very underated. many kids now a days grow up with both parents working full time and don't really get quality time with their parents. which i think is important to have. i mean i know that when i'm a housewife i can still have my cattery and stuff. but i would definently put family first. as it's important. jobs and careers can come and go, but you're family will always be there.

I agree that a large part of the problems of society today is that many kids are being brought up by absent parents. Well, not even really brought up, more like they co-exist.

Kudos to you for wanting to provide a real home life for your future children. Doesn't mean you have to give up your career at all, or your identity like women used to in previous generations. And if that's what you want, no one should look down on you for choosing that, because it's as valid and good a lifestyle as any. Well, except for one of robbery and muder, etc.

I just don't think women who don't want that should be having kids, because then they're relying solely upon society (teachers, the school, sometime law enforcement) to raise their children instead of themselves with the father.

It's not like we have a problem of under-population to worry about anyway...

Thanks for reading!

I think sexually oriented advertisements are directed at men for a reason -- because men are more easily sexually aroused than women. I'm not saying women don't respond the same way, but overall, the percentage is smaller. Therefore it makes sense makers of pornography and the like would concentrate more on the feminine side.

That's true, sadly.

And what's funny is, the guy who interrupted our conversation the other day when we were talking about this said the reason there's more images and such directed towards men is because women don't mind seeing naked women so much.

And not, like you said, because men are more easily distracted. Weaklings.

But, yeah, your theory is the more likely one.

Thanks for the comment!

Women do the same thing too. They sit down and talk about men. Ha. :P Anyway, you are right. Women mentality have changed over the years. They know the fact that they are smarter than the male gender and they are playing the game right. Eventually, men are going to be obsolete one day. Now, if you excuse me I’m gonna go hide. :)
