I like how eager you are to learn, and how eager you are to improve your talents.

Hmmmm that might be difficult....

I like you because you're an individual.

I like you because you're willing to jump outside of your comfort zone. (And I'm not only referring to your latest challenge).

I like that no matter how down you get, you remember to try to look on the bright side. I know very well that it doesn't always work, but the fact that you remember the bright side exists amazes me.

Thanks for the postcard.

Sometimes I forget. Thank you :c)

I like that you keep trying. I'm not you, but I can imagine how much it sucks on bad days, and I know how much effort it takes me to keep going. You're pretty damned determined and resilient. And through it all, you're still supportive to others.

I don't know you and you don't know me, but you were still willing to offer me good, non-judgmental advice about a problem. I like that you're helpful.

some of your thoughts seem very familiar. thanks goodness i was able to get rid of those "implanted beliefs" about how worthy or not worthy i am etc.

as for the panic attacks, i think ppl have them when their emotions are brutally suppressed for longer then year... and they have no parental figure to share their frustration with and get emotional and analytical support from or if there is no activity whatsoever that would let them "be themselves" for long enough periods ... then chronic trauma sort of thing occurs. but from what i know it can be helped completely without pills or anything... though psychologist should be a REALLY experienced one.
