Ice cream?

Jocelyn was begging for dessert, so I made 'ice cream', which was really just frozen strawberries, milk, and sugar. She loved it. Personally, I'd say to be real ice cream it would need a little more sweet, but it was pretty good for a treat, and definitely better for you than ice cream! If it passes for ice cream for Jocelyn, I'm all over that.

A similar thing - bananas that are just on the verge of going bad, freeze them, then puree them. That's all you do. If you like banana, I'm told that it's really delicious.

Hmm, I'll have to try this. I have a banana just about at that state now.

It was pretty good! I would prefer it with a little more sugar, but she loved it as it was, so who's to change that? Now, if I make it for myself, I may add a slightly little more to it. ;)
