Must say that I love the fact that your daughter was so cool with her friend being bi, not many kids would be, so you've obviously done an extremely awesome job raising her!
As to what to do after, if you can't start a club on your own or convince the kids to do it, then just let the girl know that you are there for her to talk to and that you will always be. That's really all you can do, since the other mom probably isn't going to take it any better from another parent if she's going to not be open to her daughter telling her. And check out book from the library or interlibrary loan if your local library doesn't have books on bisexual/gay/lesbian teens and keep them at your house, specially if the other mom will flip a lid.
