Well I was bored the other day and I had recently gotten a copy of Paintshop so I decided to mess around with it. Changed coloration of photos, cut stuff out, random coloring, things like that. ( I still haven't gotten the gradient to work right though >.<)

After a while I decided to attempt to color Manga. So I found an image but I had no idea how

First attempt?! Oh God, I feel so inadequate now. I can't say I really have any advice to offer but I do have some awesome tutorials on shading that I've bookmarked. I'm kind of new to it myself. It brings so much depth to the pictures. :>

Well its my first attempt at Manga coloring, I've had practice with other types of coloring. A couple of semesters ago I had a digital media class where I worked with Photoshop but that was photographed pictures and not drawn things. Actually apparently on the newer versions of Photoshop CS they now have a brush replacement tool that I so want to use to color photos with.

Could you possibly give me some of the links you think are most useful with that? Things people recommend are much better than random searches. ^_^
