Trying a New Meal Plan

Now that school has started my days are very long. I leave the house just before 7 am, M-F, and 2 days a week I work until 7 pm, the other 3 days I work until 5 pm and on Saturday I work from 10-3. Hey, that's what I do all the time now. I cook a big batch of whatever, divide it into 1-portion tubs, pop them in the freezer, then take out one on a work-day and nuke 'em in the canteen. Works great!

Of course, this was set off by the South Beach Diet thingy. But by now I like eating a warm lunch so much I don't think I'm going back any time soon to eating bread for lunch. Which would also mean coming home at seven and still having to cook a complete meal. Now I've had a warm lunch and don't feel too bad about having something quick and simple for dinner.
