stop overreacting first of all. holy fuck aaron. i went a year without talking to my dad once upon a time, because i was mad at him too. then we started talking again, somehow. now we're the closest we've ever been.

maybe your dad wants to get together with you "tomorrow" to talk to you, congratulate you for all your accomplishments in person, not over the phone. and maybe, just maybe, he has had a change of heart in the past two years. did you ever think he wanted to get together to talk, apologize, whatever the hell you men call it? just give it a try. if he disappoints you further, you can always get up and walk away from him right then and there. it could also be a good chance to tell him to fall off a cliff if that happens. and of course, this is no reason to start seeing him on a regular basis. maybe this one time could be some closure for you, toute finnee, you can finally write him off.

Don't worry Aaron. Trust me.. I know the pain of it all. My dad coming to live with me for three months when he never talked to me in years. Yea.. Needless to say. I was pissed. And I told you about the last phone call him and i had. His last words being "Nice talking to you" just like I am an old friend or something. I could go on and on about all the things he has done wrong. But I am just saying I know the pain.. and I am here for you if you want to rant on someone. I have done it to you.
