For all thoes who see a man smokeing on the sidewalk and, and comment on the dangers of smokeing. I feel it's necessary to talk to others about the dangers of other things. I don't think that is really getting pulled through. I have yet seen an insident where a man say's, " really kind stranger, I didn't know that this cigarette is at all harmfull
