Give me a break. You were obviously going to choose Stanford the second you were accepted. You probably pretended to want to go to Berkeley because you thought you wouldn't have gotten into Stanford. All you care about is prestige; that's obvious.

I'm not sure how pretending to want to go to Berkeley equates to only caring about prestige. I sometimes act as though I don't want something when I do want it in order to prevent myself from getting my hopes up. :) I doubt that Kyle was pretending, in any case, from my conversations with him over the years about university.

Berkeley is plenty prestigious, perhaps even more so than Stanford and either of them would be lucky to have Kyle.

congrats on deciding where to go to school, that's exciting! yay bay area! i'm a little sad you decided not to go to berkeley hehe ;) but yeah stanford is an amazing school and if i remember correctly you got a scholarship there, which is really impressive. well anywho, nice :D

Glad you've finally made your mind up. It's been so long since I talked to you that I can't remember which school I was trying to get you to go to. They're both good anyway, so it doesn't matter.
