Yesung doesn't have much say in which songs he chooses to sing or any other important decisions for tomorrow' showcase, so for the most part he tends to drift off and admire the scenery of the foreign city. He was careful not to inch to the window too closely in case he was spotted by an eagle-eye fan.
He heard a knock on his door, "Yes?" He called out, there was no answer. Figuring he hadn't been heard, he walks to the door and peers through the key hole.
Oh no,
"Sir, if you would please kindly open the door. We have some serious matters to discuss."
"It's in the interest of national security?" Yesung poses to ask through the door.
"It's in the interest of national issues that could very well overwhelm the entire conscious state of mind as we know it."
Yesung doesn't really get it, but decides he can open the door. This man wouldn't harm him, he was a fan-
Donghae had a subtle narrowing of the eyes once his shades were removed, wearing the same professional suit and seemed very on edge. With a tabloid in one hand and some print-outs in the other.
"Do you have a comment to make on this article?" He pressed.
"...Well, I-"
"It's a yes or no question, Sir. Please be prompt."
"There's nothing I can say, it's a private matter."
"Then you'll have to understand without an answer, I'll have to take it as a yes." Donghae lowered the pages and tucked the pages inside his coat.
Yesung stepped slightly back as Donghae continues. "Whether its private or not, as anyone would agree with, as a celebrity you're expected to reveal all details of your private life. And to factor in that any decision you make is not just about you, but about everyone else. You have stated four times within the last three years that you don't like dating and wouldn't think of it, now is this true or not?"
"..."
"Sir, you are aware I can press charges against you."
"On what grounds? I don't get any of this! Are you even allowed to do this?" Yesung yelled vehemently. Donghae however, kept his cool.
"I don't believe you understand,"
"I'm pretty sure I don't." Yesung agrees.
Donghae continues with a firm voice and pulls out the signed album along with a few others. "When I bought your album, we had a contract, that you would always remain single. This nonverbal mutual understanding began the moment you debuted on March 14th, 2004."
"..."
"After all these days I spent in fan wars for you, altering videos and distributing photos of your personal life through the internet just meant absolutely nothing to you it seems. I cannot overlook this, I can't possibly be a fan any longer. An anti I must."
"...Can't you just ignore me and stop being a fan?"
Donghae returned the shades to his face, "Sir, you have to understand that this is a non-debatable matter at hand here. Love, affection, along with hundreds spent on albums A, B, C and special repackages across the continent. Claiming all you needed was the love from your fans, but still you bothered to find affection with an actual person. Sir, I'll be frank, but how could you?"
Yesung stood there, stunned. There was simply no use reasoning.
"I'm sorry?"
"As you should be. If this matter is taken care of, we'll discuss it another time of a possibility of there being a reversal of this decision." Donghae finished as he turned on his heel and left.
Yesung thought that was the last of it as he closed the door when he received a phone call shortly after.
"Ah, also. Please notify her that that she is not allowed to visit this country due to issues with her visa."
"...Why can't you?"
"Sir, I have more serious and important matters to discuss. She is simply not a priority. Good day."
Yesung blinked at his phone, the sullen celebrity walked back to his desk, reached for a number in his notebook and dialed. Once it went through, he spoke to his manager,
"I need to leave this country."
