[SC07] Fortunately, He Never Gets The Message

Summary: He gets mad, he's unaffected. He insults, he gets mad. He demands, he listens. The best and worst example of a give and take relationship.

Heechul was exhausted when he entered his bedroom; he wanted nothing more than to just crash and drift into a deep sleep. He started off by trying to jump onto his bed. Sadly, that didn't go so well considering he didn't notice a certain cat taking its nap in his bed.
He was left with various scratches on his arms in retaliation.
Hankyung opened the door and noted the cranky Heechul. Heechul looked up with a annoyed look on his face. "What do you want?"
"To ask if you've eaten." Hankyung said, seemingly unaffected by Heechul's rudeness.
Heechul gave a curt smile. "No, now leave." He said as he laid on top of the covers.
"You should at least change out of your clothes."
"I'm good, now get out."
"Do you want a beer?"
"...Hankyung, I doubt your Korean is that bad that you can't understand what I'm saying."
"I-I understand." Hankyung stuttered, Heechul sighed as he curled himself into his bed and closed his eyes. He heard the door closed but felt his bed dip. He did his best to ignore him but the silence was bothering him, even though he felt it'd be something he'd prefer. He turned around to scold him but noticed Hankyung looking at his wall.
"Its not anything you haven't seen." Heechul commented, Hankyung smiled.
"But I like your posters, they make you look cool."
"Are you saying I'm not cool?" No response. Heechul responded by hitting him with a pillow. "Yah, just cause I don't do fancy spins in the air doesn't mean I'm not cool either."
"You have too many posters of yourself though." Hankyung said as he looked around his room. "You think too highly of yourself."
"I'm allowed to, this is me we're talking about. I deserve to be idolized and worshiped." Hankyung scoffed.
A short silence ensued, Heechul saw that Hankyung took out a photo album from under his bed. Heechul rolled his eyes and tried to force a bit of the cover over him, but most of it was underneath Hankyung. He was about to kick him off when Hankyung suddenly chuckled.
"What are you laughing at?" Heechul asked. "If you say its me, I'll strangle you."
Hankyung shook his head. "I just remember how that one fan said you looked so much like Kim Heechul, if only she knew. I'm surprised no one caught us yet... You could really pass off as a girl. A pretty one at that."
"Yes thank you, thank you. Now leave, because all pretty girls need sleep." Heechul subtly threatened as he buried himself within the blankets. Heebum jumped on the bed and decided to do the same as he settled down beside him.
"Then that gives me more reason to stay."
Heechul looked from under the covers. "Watch it before I set Heebum after you."
"He likes me, and that won't make me leave."
"...Why did I name him after you again?"
"Because you love me." Hankyung said easily as he continued to look through the pictures.
"Unfortunately." Heechul muttered before turning the other way. "Don't you think its more exciting when we go out on those secret dates though? And seeing if anyone can recognize us?" Heechul tilted his head. "Do you not find it fun?"
"I didn't say that."
"Meaning you don't dislike it since you didn't not say that you actually don't hate it at all."
Hankyung furrowed his eyebrows, completely not understanding all the double negatives, Heechul chuckled. Hankyung narrowed his eyes.
"You're making fun of me again."
"Am not." Heechul stated, Hankyung placed the album under the bed and got up. "I was only teasing!" He shook his head as Hankyung left the room and tried to close eyes and go back to sleep. Except now he couldn't and it was bothering him, he was tired but he just couldn't sleep at all.
He sighed and yelled out Hankyung's name, within a minute Hankyung opened the door. "You're sleeping with me tonight, and don't you dare say no."
Hankyung smiled and obeyed. He decided to jump on the bed, unfortunately he didn't notice the other being that occupied it.
Heebum lost two of his nine lives that night.

A/N: Lien and Ciel caught on and I'll admit, this was sort of based on a personal experience with her cat lol, and how I accidentally took most of his lives that night :) Sorry that I can't control my sleeping habits. And to my prompter, this was definitely a hard one to write, girls need sleep! lucky Heechul came to mind ^^
