I just finished the Gargoyles series...finally...I have seen them all and I love every episode. It ends well too, leaving a lot open but enough concluded to leave the series with a positive feeling. Awwww...

I did well on my Jury. There were five judges instead of the normal 4. I got rated with 4 As and I A- for my piece. And I got a 4, 3.5, 4, 3 and 3 on sight reading (out of 4). I have a "beautiful melifluous sound with a wonderful color and timbid possiblilties!" heh, I like that judge. I talked with Sol about my clarinet dilemma and he felt ( Read more... )

Today was an interesting day. I woke up at 5:00 in the morning to write a music composition called "composition piece 2 2003 take 2" and in the final draft came up randomly with "Beyond Question"...Probably hoping it would improve my grade. The fan on my computer is making sounds that do not sound right...I turned it off for the first time in about 3 months earlier today, that's probably why the fan is complaining now. I guess I shouldn't have had it on for that long. I will have to take it all apart and clean it ( Read more... )

You know something is wrong about school when your requirements make you cry. As happy as the lone recording studio makes me, it has finally hit me that most of the general music classes here do not make me happy...My entire life, Band has been like the oasis (along with English) of my classes, that which kept me happy and interested in school.
