i thought the beginning was cute..and basically everything that involved Luke and Lorelia..but I couldn't help being dissapointed. Like how they didn't kiss right away or anything..i mean it was cute when they did, but I think the search for the proper toasting beverage took a tad too long. And Rory is just pissing me off. I used to like her sooo much! What happened :/ I got a huge kick out of Lorelai sending Michel to her house to wait for Emily. Could not stop laughing, hee!
Yeah, I know what you mean about the toasting. Rory is a bit annoying now, but it just makes her more real to me since people do tend to mess up. I liked Emily's reaction to Michel being there, lol.
I almost feel like I should watch it again, because I'm having a hard time remembering what exactly my reaction was. I think Lorelai/Luke are cute together, but I too was completely confused about why they didn't kiss right after he accepted? What?
I think the division between Lorelai and Rory is a good plot idea, it creates tensions and it is sort of unbelievable how great they got along. But I do feel like Rory is becoming someone she's not. I mean, I would love to just quit school and not do anything, but I'm sure not ever going to do it, and I'm nowhere near as dedicated and school-crazy as Rory is.
