Woot! A Sub 11 minute mile!

With a second mile under 13 minutes right after it! Who knew I could drag my fat ass around that fast?! I sure didn't. (I SOOOOO want a steak right now...) Well, that's not bad for only being back at this a week, today was the first day I could really get a run in, my heel is good enough to run on now. Good for you!!! I'm so proud of you for doing this. Definitely push the protein. Think about making protein shakes to help build muscle. I use Designer Whey, which needs tweaking in the taste department, but it's fairly inexpensive. Trader Joe has it for 11.99/can.

Thanks sweetie! I'm proud of you too for kicking those National Boards!

I have some protein powder here, I've been trying everything to make it palatable, with little success but I'm still working on it, there has to be a way. :)
