Okay so I've been asked on several occasions about making salads. I guess because I'm always talking about them, and every time people do a public ask for help on losing weight, I pick up the pom pons and give three cheers for salad

1. hurrah. i am a fan of the raw vegetable and of the salad.
2. try putting left over whatever other stuff in your salad. strips of left over meat. even cooked vegies blend well.
3. pre grated (shredded?) cheese has a coating on it that's actually really bad for you. (the coating is the thing that keeps all the bits separate in the bag and not clumped together.) far better to grate your own.
dude. this is an awesome list. fuck yes. and i have totally never thought of putting this kind of stuff on salads but after seeing it written out... it makes a whole lot of sense. iiiinteresting. so, in conclusion, i'm totally going to try this.
don't forget snow peas, avocado, roasted red peppers, blueberries (actually, blueberries, avocado, chick peas, raw broccoli and raw green beans are fucking AWESOME togetehr iwth baby spinach and just a bit o balsamic...) YUM!
