I have a feeling it'll start working soon. Eating less on its own just sometimes takes... well... some time. Even just buying a small weight set and using it a couple of times a day can help you burn a few, you know!
Hi! I can relate to the "not losing" over a period of time, just have to keep positive (as much of a pain in the arse that can be! ugh) you know? And yes, breaking a sweat counts for something, you can do this! I saw your starting stats for losing and they are kinda similiar to mine, and I'm in the same boat so if you need some motivation I'm available! Take care:)
