Thank you for posting these. They're poignant and touching; so many lives across the world destroyed or changed utterly and brutally in those few short years. It's lovely to see the faces and hear the voices of the past, and see how much like them we are today.

Gods, that's awful. That poor family.

That could well have been Derby station, incidentally, it was massively remodelled in the mid-80s, to the fury of the citizens. All the nice Victorian features were ripped out in favour of a a brick box.
