*raises hand* I was looking for a Milan banner so I can shriek my love on my userinfo page. Maybe something almost abstract-looking like some of the icons you made... *points to own userpic*

For sure luv! I can do abstract, but is there anything specific you wanted displayed on the banner other than the team colours? Specific player/pic/text?

And since it's for your profile, what size were you thinking of?

Something like 600x350… or 700x350? The “bio” space on the new LJ profile page is quite wide… Anyway not too high pleeez, I prefer wide rectangles *is annoying*. And I’d like the Milan crest & a Paolo to go. But just part of Paolo, not his whole person, because I’m cryptic like that ;P A part that evokes football -- like his #3, or his feet in football boots. I know he also uses his eyes and hips to play, but they evoke *gleep* other things for me.

Or I’d be happy with just a pic of Paolo and Andrea’s footie feet with red & black socks, but the right picture would take forever to find and I think it might be less of a challenge to do something with just that? I don’t know. Do as you think best, I think you get the idea!

And no text, because there are no words. At least I can’t think of any. Heh.

I fail at being cryptic apparently [have realized this after 3 hrs on PS], but your request has def. inspired me. [I feel you on the preference for wide rectangles]. I'll try and have something for you by the end of the week.

This is a Paolo banner I've been working on to purge myself of the traditional blending techniques and brushes. I'm glad you didn't give me an 'easy' prompt, because that's pushing me to go beyond the cutesy stuff.

I need a new FO banner, I think, and would be v honored if you would be willing to make it. (Well, or maybe a header, but I'd have to change my layout, so FO is probably smarter.) If I'm craving something Nice, would it be most useful to link you to a bunch of pics, so you can do whatever you want? Or should I pick one or two, so you have a clearer idea of direction? Cos I think I'd love anything you came up with.

And that Paolo banner is crazy beautiful, lady.

I'm working on a banner right no so yeah! hit me with some links, yo! Whatever idea you want to put out there, do it. Only thing I need to be clear on is the size and any style/colour scheme in particular you DONT' want used.

Thank you! I will go through my Nice stuff and link you up later this week, hopefully, with pics as well as size info -- I know my layout cuts stuff off above a certain width, so I'll mess with that and find out what it is. I don't have any strong feelings about color scheme, really, apart from thinking purple and pink would be sort of gross. (Their colors are red and black -- Meelahn obviously found inspiration there.)

There are some pics from early in the season here -- maybe if you have a chance, look at them and see what sort of stuff strikes you as useful? I've got loads more since then, but don't want to drown you in things that'll be useless to you.
