Earthquake....

I just sat through my first earthquake (that I know of) since I arrived here in June.  Needing to kill a few hours before meeting up with some friends but not enough time to justify going home I have come to an internet cafe, tis on the 8th floor.

Quite some swaying there, I need to find out later what it measured on the old ricter scale.

Unrelated but is System Restore from less than a week ago supposed to revert all your programs back to default settings (IE as defauly browser with firefox having no bookmarks or pugins for example).

Presuming that your firefox was not in that state a week ago it sounds like something has gone awry.

You can undo system restore though.

I had mine at 4am on the 26th floor of the Shinjuku Hilton... floor to ceiling windows and me pressed right up against them to check if I could see the ground shaking :P

i've suffered from many of your 'earthquakes', i'm glad you are experiencing what those around you have had to endure.

You`re right there was, I felt that one too as I sat at my monitor. It was a 1.2 if I recall correctly.

Eh? What time was this? I always miss out on the earthquakes :< I haven't noticed any for... well for fucking ages! Shame cause I kinda like the earthquakes ;__;

I`m the same, I felt loads when I was here last time but it has been quiet since I arrived here.

It happened about 5.18pm, one minute or so before this post.
