i like how at my work, we acknowledge race by calling each other "black" or "white" and not caucasian or african american. the black women taught me how to braid the black girls hair.you just do it...sort of in reverse. almost like a french braid but not really. quite frankly, i find it easier and more fun to work with than "white girl hair ( Read more... )
