[It was a bit odd to see Iroh sitting there like that, but Suki made her way to him.]

Iroh?

[Iroh looked up at her and smiled, his expression clearly wistful.]

Suki! A pleasure to see you. Will you join me for a cup of tea?

[He gestures to the space beside him.]

It's ginseng, my favorite.

[action]

I would love to.

[She takes a seat with him.]

Is everything alright?

[He pours her a cup and passes it over.]

Everything's fine. I was just thinking all of our friends who have gone home.

[Still working to clarify her hazy memories, Menolly's been spending a good deal of time out in the City. A few things jog her memory as she wanders around, but it's Beauty that draws her into the tea shop. As soon as they're in the shop proper, Beauty unwinds herself from Menolly's shoulders and pops out of sight, only to appear in the yard with a chirp of greeting to Iroh.

Sure enough, Menolly's quick to follow her, appearing in the yard just a few moments later.]

Beauty, you shouldn't interrupt someone when they're thinking.

[Iroh doesn't recognize the beautiful young woman who walks into the yard, but the little dragon he knows quite well.]

Beauty! What brings you here with this lovely young lady?

[sings4dragons]

[The little gold just trills at him before she settles in front of him, bowing her head. It takes Menolly a moment to think back, but when she does, she has a bit of a smile ready for her friend.]

Who else do you think she'd be with, Master Iroh?

[Iroh blinks. It takes him a moment.]

Menolly? Is that you?

I hope one of those teacups are for me.

[ Toph is Toph, as always. She wanders comfortably back to where Iroh is sitting and chooses a nice flat rock to perch on. Although her words are light-hearted, she can sense the seriousness of Iroh's countenance... Earthbending can tell a lot, okay. So she's here, and maybe they won't have a cheery visit, but that's totally all right. ]

[Iroh senses Toph's presence, though he does not turn to face her until she settles down next to him.]

Of course.

[He pours her a cup and hands it to her.]

How are you holding up?

[ She shrugs and holds her cup for a minute. ] Okay, I guess. I mean, I didn't know... Knives or that loudmouthed guy very well. It's kinda weird without Aang and Sokka, though.

It is, isn't it? The tea shop is so quiet now.

[Vicente is so enjoying the gift from the dieties. Namely the fact that his cloak now protects him from sunlight for a few hours as long as he keeps covered. The sun can feel rather nice when it's not burning him. He has also procured some gloves and sunglasses, because even with the sun-proof cloak his eyes haven't adjusted quite yet. The gloves are to keep his hands from burning.

His vampire nose detects the aroma of something delicious. Smells like tea. Vicente follows the scent, coming upon the teashop and the area behind it. Keeping his hood up, he approaches the old man.]

I must say, that smells delectable.

[Iroh is surprised to find a stranger come into his backyard, especially one so peculiarly dressed.

But he smiles. It's always nice to make good friends.]

Why thank you. Would you care for a cup?

[Too bad it's not night, or he could show off his fancy new business suit.]

If you please.

[He sits down, careful to keep himself covered, and picks up a cup, holding it out for some tea.]

[Iroh pours him a cup.]

That is quite the costume you are wearing, friend.

[She came to thank Iroh for the recipes he willingly gave and when she can't see him inside, she heads for the pond. Once spotting him there, Katara hesitates for a moment (since he seems solemn) before speaking up.]

... General Iroh?

[Iroh looks up at Katara and smiles.]

Katara! Are you back for some more of the Water Tribe tea?

[Maybe she iiiis.] Oh, I actually came here to thank you for the recipes you used during the celebration.

[Iroh chuckles a little]

You have thanked me plenty already.
