i thought I was going to die when I saw snow in VA and NC last winter... the 107 degree heat in Iraq doesn't bother me all that much... and the ventures to Iowa were only during the summer months...

My husband says that Texas (Kileen area) has a temperate climate. I told him "BULLSHIT!" I've read a book about Texas' freakish blizzards and have seen the weather reports from there. Then again, 50F is damn cold to me. (^_^) I'm also not a fan of being struck by lightning... for the record. heh.

the key there is freakish, it doesn't happen often... and turns out my parents were up in Kileen just yesterday...
