Well New Years was alright, I was pretty lit but not to bad. The sister finally got engaged today so looks like next time I come back to Texas it's going to be for a wedding. They're thinking October, I should be able to make that.

I had the distinct privilege of going to a Kevin Fowler show tonight and man I'm glad I didn't pass that up. I ended up spending the entire time spinning some gal around the dance floor and man that's just what I needed about right now. A week from today my feet will be back on Texas soil, I'm pretty excited. Desert Talon is going alright, our bird broke down the day it got here last week and a week later we finally got our parts to fix it. It almost scares me that we flew that girl over half way across the US after seeing what I saw. However she's good now for how long I dunno. Well Thanksgiving turned out to be a lot of fun, Nick's little boy is cooler then hell. And for the second time being at Nicks house I experienced some more traditional Slovakian drink and food. Sometimes, ok a lot of the time I exhibit a lot of self destructive behavior like I'm trying to keep myself from being happy.

There's new talk about sending me to another place, that's not in the Middle East and soon.  Right now it's talk but usually the way things work for our squadron it goes from talk to grab your crap it's game on.  Never thought I'd go there but if it happens it's game on.  Just another shit hole, but  it'd make for a good story I reckon.

Moonshine was drunk, cigars were smoked, I was walking around with a Captain Morgan Bottle drinking it like a beer.
