[OOC: Angelus's mun is just about to lose her computer access for a few hours, so sadly he can't be more hands-on with the arrest thing. He would if he could, though, so maybe for plotting purposes assume he was caught up with the whole Sidle handing his ass to him with the detention thing? In other words, within the RPG it's not that Angelus himself chose to leave Marty spinning in the wind but that he got trapped by his own BS to deal with.
