Room 212: After classes

Dec 12, 2006 10:44

After talking with Wilson, Nadia and Pippi yesterday Marty was exhausted. He not only had slept through his alarm but also through the day as well. At this rate he's probably not getting out of bed unless someone uses a crowbar.

Feeling much more rested than yesterday, Cameron decided that if he was making the rounds, he might as well bug Marty too. He knocked on the door.

Marty opened the door in a t-shirt, sweatpants, bed hair and bleary eyes.

"Cam?"

"Marty," he replied, surprised as it looked like Marty had just stumbled out of bed. He was pretty sure this really wasn't an ungodly hour to drop by. "You're not sick, are you?"

"Nah. Haven't been sleeping well," Marty replied as he stumbled to his closet to grab a bathrobe. "The past few days have been rather interesting. What brings you by?"

Cally had heard weird things on the radio lately, so checking in with her favorite grilled ham 'n cheese lover seemed like a good plan. She knocked on his door and waited.

Marty groaned from his bed. "Doors open."

Cally suddenly wished she'd brought a grilled ham 'n cheese sandwich with her.

She opened the door and peeked her head in. "Bad week, huh?" she said.

Parker, keeping in mind what Angela had said-- but also keeping in mind that Angela already had her revenge planned out-- decided to stop by and see Marty. It's not like he wouldn't expect Parker to come by and ask about what happened.

"Knock, knock, knock." She took a breath. "It's not the Spanish Inquisition."

"Door's open," Marty shouted out as he was putting on his tie.

Parker opened the door, and leaned against the frame for a second. "Going out? I can catch you later, if you don't have time."

"It's not for a bit," Marty replied. "What's up Parker?"
