I've been such a bad broadway fan lately (I blame that entirely on Kris Allen). I hadn't even heard anything from Next To Normal until yesterday (listened to the cast recording about an hour before the Tonys started). Ditto with Hair. LOVING both of them though. BTW, Aaron Tveit is cuuuute.

I'm seeing Spring Awakening on Wednesday!! I'm so excited. :D

Aaron Tveit is my new #1 Broadway crush because Matt Doyle isn't back on Broadway yet. LOL. He's gorgeous and wonderful and so freaking talented, it's kind of mind blowing. Next to Normal IS BOSS.

OMG have fun seeing SA! A lot of the cast members will be leaving for school soon, so it's great that you're catching most of the originals. :)

Oh yeah, about the Georg casting... I thought at first siya si Melchior, buti hindi. Ang kilala ko lang so far yung si Miguel, Kelly (I watched her sa YAGMCB, audience fave siya), Niccolo and Bea. I'm guessing si Niccolo Manalo si Melchi??

Oh and sa Fantasticks... isn't Julia Abueva 12? =) Pero I like PJ Valerio!

Akala ko rin, sya si Melchior. I panicked a little, because nooooooo. But then I reread the blog entry and saw Georg - which is so much better. Shet I can't waaaaaait. I've been wanting to see the show live for years now, I'm so happy we get it in 3 months. :D

OH MY GOD, YES PLEASE. That would make my life. And make me actually watch those shows, dammit. Every show should end with NPH singing and dancing to the credits.

I TiVoed the Tonys and have only seen the opening number so far. My complaint at this early stage is that I don't want stupid Poison singing, I want the Rock of Ages cast up there! Poison aren't on Broadway, just their song is. Also, I don't care about Elton John at the piano -- give me Billys dancing, kthx.

Yeah, seriously. So many questionable choices on the actual show, but it ended up pretty awesome anyway. :) All the Aaron Tveit exposure (despite his not being nominated, grrr) made me super happy.
