Ah, I felt especially retarded today. We began our four day exam days, and I screwed up on my first exam. English. I mixed up a Puritanical poem with a Transcendentalist poem. I feel really retarded, but it made perfectly rational sense in my mind. When our teacher told us that it was a Puritanical poem, I was died a little on the inside. I over- ( Read more... )

Yeah, I never thought comics were EVER easy to produce, and just watching you go through the process makes me even more doubtful of it. Angles, dialogue, and general plot is crazy stuff...Kind of reminds me of kind of a mini-animation walk-through, only...Not. I dunno. Maybe I don't know what I'm talking about there, but maybe you get where I'm going with that. XD It would be neat if I could do it, but...I am no Steve Ressel or professional, at least not now.

I'm such a lazy ass. :[ I procrastinate so much, it's sickening. WHY AM I THIS WAY

I am/was like that too. My life has been the slacker's template. Everything I have done tended to be done because it was something I had to do, because it was 'the only way out'.... like this comic. No one wanted it as a show idea and I thought it was good, and had great potential. We'll see. Might get done 10 or 20 issues and no one still wants it.

But, it has taken years and years to get to where I am now...and it isn't like I am a great comic artist. Or at least, it doesn't seem like anything special or noteworthy. Might be readable and fun, though.

Whatever you want to do, you have to do a lot of, and learn to do a lot more then others. If comics or ANYTHING were easy, everyone would just do it. But, no. Dedicate to the rule of St. Benedict for a good life.
