The trip to NY to visit Rach's family and pick up antique furniture was a success. Rach rented a F150 4x4 king cab and a 6x12 u-haul trailer and I drove us up to the farm (14 hours) we then on friday we went to letchworth state park and then on saturday we went to Niagara falls. It is good to be back sleeping in my own bed. I did not get out of it until just now and that was only because I was writing this post on my phone and received a text message, because I viewed it my entry was lost. I am sitting in the driveway where my dad and granfather sat on a cool summer night. The criskets breaking the silence with their night song. I feel tied to my ancestors as I sit enjoying a drink and smoke as they did long ago. I sit wishing I was more like them yet proud of what my dad made me.
