so as of today Taylor has paid me $100 of the $1000 he owes me. i had him sign a paper verifying that he knows how much he owes me and that he has agreed to pay back for the losses and all that good stuff, so i can have proof of all this in the event that he decides to stop making payments somewhere along the line, which being the first payment
