it weirded her out a bit that i was younger than both of her younger siblings.

i didn't really have a problem with her being well older than my older sister, but eh, it was a good date, we'll see.

she has a full degree from poland and came to ireland because of the euro boom, so she makes twice as much here in mcdonald's than she did in her tourism agency job back home.

again, i have no problem with it. it's just tough when the person you're with constantly reminds you of your age, and literally says things like, "when i was your age" etc.

Well, if you wanna continue with it, just let her know that it bothers you. I'm sure there'll be the unintentional slip here and there, but you guys aren't that far apart age-wise, so it's nothing too serious. Just superficial stuff that'd probably be over with soon if you start dating.

Or you could just respond with something like: "when I get to be your age, I'm gonna have a flying car." That'll probably shut her up. :)
