Current heat index: 118 degrees F. In other words, way, way too hot. My office has a lot of windows and doesn't seem to cool below 80 on hot afternoons, so I've been working at home today. Not that my home a/c is doing much better, but at least my home contains kittens. :) And popsicles. :D ( Read more... )

Wearing underarmor and drinking LOTS of water. For our Saturday morning karate class, we put the fans on full and opened every door - and still sweated like mad.

Poor kitties! Hope you all stay cool!

What a brutal day it was yesterday - made it through thanks to A/C at work. Got the fans at home going full blast and AM drinking lots of water/fluids. If I'd been at home without A/C it would have been rough. Wish your office was cooler - but glad you were able to work from home.

We're getting a break next week when it cools down into the 80's - hope you get a break too!!
