In the state of Ohio, you can't collect disability if you're employed full-time as a crack dealer, even if you are, in fact, unable to perform your former (legal) job.

I could not make this shit up.

No, it was a court review of a Worker's Comp Board decision - which means someone was actually doing it (until he got caught).
