Ciel made the big mistake of telling Kuro what it smelled like around Whipstaff, and Kuro, while not entirely understanding asthma, doesn't like the sound of the idea of not being able to breathe.
Permission for him to stop by and pick up the inhaler to bring it to Ciel?

[As he draws closer, his face moves closer to the boy's own, his lips parting a little until suddenly he moves an inhaler between the boy's lips and pushes down the button, allowing the medicine to course into his lord's body as he pulls away, grinning deviously.]

[Let's have a little tenseness flushing onto the boy's frame, neck muscles tightening, eyes narrowing... Sebastian is too close again. However he does relax against the hold once more, when the inhaler is brought to his mouth, breathing in sharply to gas himself with the medicine.
It takes a moment, but his breathing pattern finally evens out again.]
