Icepacks are cool!

Yesterday, I almost called in to work because the right side of my jaw felt like someone nailed it with a baseball, or maybe just a bunch of nails. The area below my ear was sore to the touch. My ear felt like I had Swimmer's Ear (/mourn the closed pool). My jaw itself felt like a hand wearing a spiked gloved was clenching it in a fist. If only

Oatmeal, pasta, egg salad, chicken salad, grilled fish...

Tried oatmeal for the first time in non-cookie form this morning. Didn't care for it.
