How insane is this whole Marty Ferrier the "incurable psychopath" business!?!? i sure as hell hope he doesn't end up in ottawa. he is telling authorities that he wants to be a famous serial killer and that if they let him out of prison he will kill people. and they are still letting him out.

even his mom is saying keep him in jail. parole people saying the same. you'd think with C-36, they could just declare him a terrorist.
