Did I flatten my ... No. No, I didn't. He seemed disappointed I'm a man and kind of threw these items at me, told me what I needed to know, somewhat.

Ah, nothing around here's 'normal' as far as people can recognize it without any memories. People learn to get used to things being really off around here, but otherwise you should brace yourself for the ride, I guess.

I was clued in to the abnormality of the world when I was told I now live in a giant tree in a glass ball.

I guess I should learn to roll with the punches.

I don't think you have to worry too much about your job yet... things are frantic and... jobs seem kind of null and void with the bugs coming.
