2007 Music List

Overall, I found 2007 to be a pretty good year for music. There were a number of albums that came out that found themselves on what felt like permanent-heavy-rotation. I guess usually that only happens to me maybe once or twice a year, but I found it happening quite a bit this year around; more stuff that I got all 'giddy' about

The only other person in the world who really liked that Pop Levi album!

I keep seeing Animal Collective and Panda Bear mentioned everywhere and I feel like I'm missing out on something. I haven't heard a note of music from either, but I just know that it's something I wouldn't like.

Seriously about the Pop Levi album. One of the funnest albums I had heard in a while. Didn't seem like it ever took off which is a shame.

re: Animal Bear
If you were to choose one or the other, I'd check out the Panda Bear. It's a lot more accessible. There's like 6 tracks on there, but each song is really a suite. It's one of those you-have-to-listen-to-the-WHOLE-song because the way everything ends is so different than how a lot of the songs start. Really pretty songs though. The last track on that album is amazing.
