i don't think they should be asking you to pay for the shipping on either. it wasn't your error!

since this is what i do for a living i can tell you that if you call them & refuse to pay either shipping cost they really have no choice. just don't be rude, which i know you wouldn't be. just basically say what you said here. it happens at my job all the time & we often will credit the person's card for the amount of shipping if they ask. we don't offer though. haha.
