Jesus, I'm sorry I didn't read this sooner. Fucking intestine gnomes! Have you had your surgery yet? Are you feeling any better? Can I give you a million internet hugs? I wish I had vacation time and a car because I'd come and see you.

yea, i had the surgery. apparently everything was caused by an acute apendicitis, and that my large intestine is held in place by tons of mysterious scar tissue.
you can give me a billion internet hugs if you want! :D
