I was bored the other night at work, and started looking at the games on the kids' menu. When I got to the word search section, I started laughing 'cause of the hodgepodge of words they chose to include (nevermind the fact that over half of them begin with S). I'd say that the pattern is to make it easier for kids to spot the words... just find "ST" and you've got one of them...
