Oh, lordy. The problem with that, is that for most of those fandoms, I've never done more than lurk on the very edges at most. And I've only seen the first 2 seasons of BSG, the first 3 seasons of Buffy, and a smattering of eps from Farscape. I don't know that I've actually seen enough Farscape to have any opinion other than 'I'd like to actually watch this show at some point'. This is going to be a lot of me guessing at which issues I might have an unpopular opinion about and maybe just mentioning my general impressions

Buffy... I don't know. I liked all the characters, especially Oz and Willow and Giles and the rest of the main cast, though it took a season or two for Cordelia to grow on me. I quite liked her by the first season of Angel. Um, the mayor is creepier than the master from the first season? Ugh, creepy creepy mayor. I think he was a good villain. Also, the guy who plays Quark on DS9 is the principal! This made me happy.

For BSG my only lurking was reading reviews of the first couple seasons as I went through them. I don't think I've ever even attempted to seek out fanfic or anything else so again, I don't know what would be unpopular. I really liked Downloaded, and that ep where Kara has to climb inside the cylon raider and re-wire it to survive. Tyrol, Boomer and Caprica Six are probably three of my more liked characters from what I've seen, but the only main-ish character that I've come close to really disliking so far is Tigh.
