Ok I am really picky, just need to say that before I comment.

The first is really pretty, but I think the skirt part of it is a little too much. But I love the bodice (or w/e that part is called with the lace lol).

The second one is cute. The color will work with your eyes. Maybe should go with dark blue for your other prom dress. That's prob. best for your coloring (you're a Winter). Ooo or cream.
